Hello everybody! My name is Jonathan Roque, and I am from San Salvador, El Salvador. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley, and I love it.  I have been working mainly with customer relations and service at a high level for the majority of my work career. I did teach for two years, but decided it wasn't my path.  My passion is to always push myself into new areas. I love expanding my comfort zone. I love making connections with people where ever I go making friends. I have always had the drive and interest to work in a field where I can help as many people as possible. I really do feel that's the reason I was put on this earth for.

- Assisted Customer service manager in day to day office duties. (phone calls, emails, filing, mail, and sales)
- Acted as gate keeper between owners of companies, and customers/staff
- Handled customer complaints, reviews, returns
- Scheduled appointments in office
- Saw over production line making sure lead times were low, and production was fluid.

- Wrote up lease contracts, scheduled / performed tours, answer and return phone calls, manage email account, filing
- Oversaw repair work orders (follow up with porters to check repairs), deal with tenants and complaints  


Leasing Consultant

- Meet and cultivate relationships with clients to better understand vision of event 
- Set layouts for clubs/private parties/commercial events and fundraisers 
- Run small teams of 3-10 members, move quickly and efficiently to meet dead lines 
- Maintain all furniture keep cleaning logs, high end furniture replace and repair
