An expert strategic planner, brand builder and marketer with hands on experience co-founding youth lifestyle brand Vanguard and developing it into a global company in the action sport youth fashion market.

Extremely hard and motivated worker with experience multitasking across multiple areas of an image drive brand as well as planning and overseeing large scale projects in a wholesale & e-commerce branded business.

My role is to establish, manage and execute Vanguard’s expansion into North America by driving sales through the presentation of a unified product and marketing strategy that reflected the overall brand message of the Vanguard.  I was also responsible for logistical and financial execution of receiving, ordering and delivering indent orders to the various wholesale customers.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Establishing company structure and Californian operating headquarters
• Develop and execute North American business strategy across sales and marketing channels
• Create and implement North American sales and marketing budgets
• Develop and execute North American marketing strategy against global brand message
  Management of North American, sales, marketing and logistics teams
• Articulate seasonal marketing stories that align with the global and U.S. brand strategy and drive both     sell-in and sell-through initiatives to wholesale accounts
• Develop and manage the North American logistics sturctures for wholesale orders and imported   goods delivered to store.
• Establish and manage production purchase order and invoice finance through 3rd party vendors.

As managing director of the business, my role was to develop and execute the global business, brand and marketing strategy for Vanguard.  I oversaw all aspects of day to day business from range planning and design to production, delivery, sales and financial matters.

Role & Responsibilities:
Business
• Create business plans, P&L’s, IM’s for both internal reporting and financial investment purposes
• Mange the company cashflow requirements
• Develop and execute short and long term global business strategy across wholesale and e-commerce  channels
• Create and implement budgets across all channels and business sections
• Establish, manage and drive teams to deliver against the brand plan and seasonal initiatives through focus, leadership and discipline around key efforts
 
Marketing
• Develop and execute the marketing plan in line with the global brand strategy
• Set, communicate & negotiate key initiatives to drive brand strength as an extension of the business strategy
• Create and execute seasonal marketing stories that align with the global brand strategy and drive both sell-in and sell-through initiatives to wholesale accounts
• Create and execute the digital marketing strategy and calendars
• Manage marketing and advertising budgets for wholesale and e- commerce channels and monitor against ROI
• Continuous review of paid (SEM) and organic (SEO) search performance

Product
• Collaborate with the product & design team to set seasonal budgets, business drivers and initiatives
• Work with the product team to determine distribution and assortment strategies
• Be involved with the collection stories and product ideas throughout their development into a cohesive range
• Contribute to the artwork for seasonal collections

Execution 
• Develop and manage the global logistics structures for wholesale orders and imported goods delivered to store.
• Develop and oversee the e-commerce delivery strategies from product and content upload to customer delivery.
