●	Led the development and technical design of men’s knit garments, ensuring alignment with design briefs and brand standards.
●	Created and managed comprehensive tech-packs with detailed technical drawings, materials, and construction specifications to streamline the production process.
●	Managed the prototype process, including reviewing samples, ensuring quality control, and providing feedback to vendors to refine products.
●	Collaborated with overseas vendors to source fabrics, trims, and materials, expediting prototype turnarounds and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
●	Conducted garment fittings and facilitated cross-functional meetings to resolve production issues and align design with production capabilities.
●	Maintained sample status and seasonal specifications, providing updates on pricing, and approvals to support production timelines.
●	Ensured garment fit and construction quality met expectations through detailed evaluations and testing processes.
●	Verified catalog details for product copy and pricing accuracy ahead of printing deadlines.
●	Effectively managed multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and changing priorities.

■	Recognized for demonstrating proactive leadership by assuming managerial responsibilities following the departure of the previous manager. Successfully managed the production of 150 garments from conceptualization to completion across multiple seasons.

Technical Product Developer 

●	Led the end-to-end development process for apparel and accessories, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
●	Conducted competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development strategies.
●	Created and managed detailed tech packs, including technical drawings, materials, and construction details, to guide the production process.
●	Worked closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
●	Oversaw the creation and review of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
●	Coordinated with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches and alignment with brand objectives.
●	Established and maintained quality control processes to ensure final products meet company standards and customer expectations.
●	Managed timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products, adapting to changing priorities as needed.

■	Worked with the CEO of Fasthouse in conjunction with the founder of Von Zipper to discuss the business strategy and product line planning for the entire Von Zipper moto line.

●	Worked closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful market introduction.
●	Identified and liaised with suppliers to source appropriate materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

●	Ensured all products complied with relevant industry regulations and standards, including CE, ANSI, and EN certifications.
