I am a Graphic Designer with more than ten years of experience, in which I worked with the most important
and multi-awarded newspapers and publishers in London and Portugal. I am a hard working person, who
enjoys working in a team. I have a solid knowledge of Adobe software, as well as in the field of computer
graphics and Illustration. I always seek for excellence, paying attention to the smallest detail and, I can
overcome difficulties easily and complete projects which I am involved.

In this worldwide recognised art book publisher my tasks are:
•	Artwork of children books.
•	Artwork of art books and catalogues;
•	Assembly of samples (blads) and book jackets.
The software used was Adobe InDesign CC and CS6.

In this National Newspaper, which had won in these last few years several design awards, I was responsible for:
•	The design and layout of the monthly magazines (EXAME, Courrier International and Blitz) and the weekly ones;
•	Expresso main section and the Economics supplement to tablet (DPS format), together with the collaboration in the Digital Diary Expresso.
The software used were Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC and Woodwing Smart Connection.

Editorial Designer / Full time

In this Portuguese Book publisher, I worked as a freelancer. My tasks were many, I did:
•	Book covers design;
•	Artwork of books;
•	Creation of ebooks in epub format;
•	Training of new designers and artworkers.
During this collaboration, in May 2014 I was responsible for the training "Introduction to Adobe InDesign CS6 and export EPUB" (18h).
The software used were Adobe Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CS6.

In this National, multi-awarded and worldwide recognised Newspaper, I did the design and layout of the main section of Público and newspaper supplements. During the time I worked here, the newspaper won
several design awards, for instance, the Yellow Pencil (D&AD). I also had the chance to work with one of UK's
award-winning design studio, who is responsible for the new design of several newspapers all over the world.
The software used was Adobe InDesign CS4.
