In this National Newspaper, which had won in these last few years several design awards, I was responsible for: • The design and layout of the monthly magazines (EXAME, Courrier International and Blitz) and the weekly ones; • Expresso main section and the Economics supplement to tablet (DPS format), together with the collaboration in the Digital Diary Expresso. In this Portuguese Book publisher, I worked as a freelancer. My tasks were many, I did: • Book covers design; • Artwork of books; • Creation of ebooks in epub format; • Training of new designers and artworkers. During this collaboration, in May 2014 I was responsible for the training "Introduction to Adobe InDesign CS6 and export EPUB" (18h). In this National, multi-awarded and worldwide recognised Newspaper, I did the design and layout of the main section of Público and newspaper supplements. During the time I worked here, the newspaper won several design awards, for instance, the Yellow Pencil (D&AD). I also had the chance to work with one of UK's award-winning design studio, who is responsible for the new design of several newspapers all over the world. The software used was Adobe InDesign CS4.
