Jose Luna: Exercise Physiologist in Rosenberg, TX

Work with Occupational Therapist to set up an exercise program for patients to return to work. I also help with the therapist to conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations as a starting point for our patients when they enter the program. Working the therapist and therapy assistant, we write weekly notes to asses the patients progress. We also conduct interim reports to adjust the exercise plan if need be and conduct a discharge evaluation for the patient to return to work.
