Small local skateboard brand me and a few friends started that went for about 6-7 years.  Through the company we helped grow our local skate scene and create annual events/ contests that were highly anticipated with the locals

Manager

Manage daily warehouse facility operations, which includes coordinating facility space, scheduling routes, and processing over 3,500 tires per day.
Responsible for training and supervising a team of 12 individuals with a consistent record of exceeding the company’s schedule and performance goals.
Coordinate effective communication with the regional manager, the CEO and routing manager concerning processing inquiries as well as providing up-to-the-minute solutions when needed. Provide outstanding customer service in a business with an over 2,200-account customer base, helping maintain successful reputation while expansion of operations grew markedly.
Financial responsibilities include managing accounts receivable.

Warehouse Supervisor

PRIME SKATESHOP LLC assistant buyer/manager/ retail ops	8/2008-present
Handled all daily operations as manager of a brick and mortar retail store, assisting customers for a great retail experience.  As manager I was responsible for setting up displays, receiving and making phone calls to reps to order and coordinate events for the skate shop. Currently I travel twice a year to create new relationships and expand established relations with distributions and sales reps from around the world at AGENDA trade show.  Responsibilities included but were not limited to:
-	Opening, closing, and running a small skater owned brick and mortar retail store committed to skateboarding
-	Inventory analysis
-	Setting up displays for new products
-	Communicating via phone and email to sales reps around the globe
-	Representing the company at trade shows to be able to see hands on the new products for future seasons and produce orders and fill out dealer applications
-	Placing orders while balancing budgets of upwards to $10,000 a season.
-	Event coordinator and planner for contests and special events for charity funding the local skateboarding community.

sales/assitant manager

As an intern, responsible for both office and warehouse duties. On a day-to-day basis, I assisted in production of goods, inventory control, shipping and receiving protocol, and reaching out to vendors with inquiries about their goods and services they provide. Responsibilities included but were not limited to:
-	Online order execution and management
-	Assisting with wholesale/ dealer daily protocol
-	Assisting with inventory analytics 
-	Production of goods


Intern

Setting up new buyers with the current buyer application form.  handling orders and sending them to my boss.  Learning about the future season and obtaining knowledge to help produce sales.
