<p>Adaptability and quick iterative development has become my most defining features in all my creative pursuits. I think I work best by immersing myself in a subject, listening to the goals &amp; pain points of a company, then observing the different facets of a companies process to find opportunities. I started in military and medical products, worked in furniture and bath hardware, designed outdoor living spaces, tradeshow exhibits, mass market glassware &amp; tabletop and most recently applying my skill sets to ceramic pottery markets for kiln manufacturing. I grew up by the ocean, surfing, fishing, and living the beach lifestyle. I moved away for a short time in Philadelphia and New York, but returned to the shore to raise my family by the sea. I have worked in large corporations as well as small business, family run operations. My passion has always been around surfing and the beach lifestyle and Im looking to combine my design background with my personal pursuits. I've gained much experience from the diversity of the markets Ive served and it has helped shape my creative and problem solving approach. I am determined to find a company that combines my personal passions with my professional experiences and I believe I can find that opportunity on Malakye.</p>

Conceptualized & implemented new branding solutions across products,
digital & print media. Developing marketing strategies and email campaigns.

Default

Led a team responsible for the ideation, development, and marketing
collateral for tabletop goods. Presented innovative concepts and capabilities to Fortune 500 organizations, involved in the product life-cycle from initial concept to production. Effectively managed a diverse,
multi-disciplinary team, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for
performance evaluation and review.

Design Manager - Head of Design North America

Designing and selling outdoor living solutions for both commercial and residential customers (pools, hardscaping, landscaping, lighting and outdoor kitchens).

Designer

Main focus, developing bath fixtures and furniture for mass retail. I also
contributed to other SBUs with designs for outdoor gardening tools and hardware.

Industrial Designer

Designed products and conceptual designs for G-force simulators,
aeromedical  equipment, hyperbaric  chambers  and  entertainment
industries. Several patents for hyperbaric chamber designs. Worked
collaboratively with ex-military, engineers and creative departments.
