Engineering Lab Technician, with more than 12 years of experience in analytical testing of elastomers, textiles, adhesives and metals as well as injection molding,  product manufacturing, equipment maintenance and repair, data acquisition,  rubber curing and compounding, polymer mixing, polymer seal quality inspection, physical property testing, batch control, and hydraulic fluid power.

Position with polymer seal company as an injection molder and quality control technician.
•	Manufactured injection molded seals for aerospace, automotive and industrial applications.
•	Quality inspection of polymer seals using Seebrez and Keyence.

Performed analytical testing of elastomers, textiles, thermoplastics and metal.
•	 Physical testing of hydraulic hose components including couplings, tubing, and cover
•	 Worked closely with engineers to develop laboratory testing methods and apparatus.
•	 Successfully trained and provided mentoring to 3 new lab technicians on all material lab processes.

Engineering Lab Technician II

Performed physical testing of synchronized automotive belts.
•	Began career in laboratory technology with Gates at this location.
•	Became proficient in compounding, curing, mixing, calendering and batch control.
•	Gained skills in cord treating operations, extruding and vulcanization.
•	Trained 3 new technicians in laboratory processes before transferring to Colorado.
