Having originally starting as the mailroom supervisor, I was promoted to the role of Direct Marketing Coordinator in 2006, It is here that I created print and shipping schedules for direct marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, and coupons. Additionally, I tracked response rates, ROI, and customer retention. Another aspect of my role was to provide feedback for the new website prior to rollout and as a proof reader for all printed materials.
Through my experience with the warehouse as the mailroom supervisor, I was responsible for the internal distribution of the printed materials in addition to the usage tracking.
