<p>I am more than just a graphic designer. I am a customer-focused strategist, a brand developer, a trend identifier, and also an outdoor-loving creative. I have a passion to create products and brands that are developed starting with a strategy and foundation to build upon. For the last 18 years I have had the opportunity to combine my passion for the outdoors and athletics with my creative drive and I strive to continue learning and refining those skills.</p>

• Strategically lead all color and graphic direction for all hardlines product across 19 brands
• Identify color and graphic trends, establish color palettes, and design and execute all print/pattern and graphics. 
• Develop and manage team of designers remotely
• Implemented new team into the organization. Worked with upper management and cross-functional  partners to establish best practices in supporting the development cycle and business needs.
• Work with Hong Kong counterparts and international vendors to complete sample and production needs  
• Categories include Bike, Camp/Outdoor, Team Sports, Golf, Racquet Sports, Fitness, Water/Paddle Sports, and Fishing

• Strategically direct team in developing/managing the brand identity for 5 in-house and 2 licensed brands across 18 categories of business 
• Strategically create brands to support business needs 
• Present strategies to upper management 
• Create and source packaging, trims and collateral for softlines, hardlines, and footwear categories 
• Develop promotional collateral, in-store signage and trade show booths 
• Create marketing materials for catalog and online 
• Design and direct product graphics for hardlines categories 
• Direct and manage all photoshoots necessary as they relate to projects (location and studio) • Identify current trends in the marketplace and present how they relate to categories of business 
• Travel internationally to work with Hong Kong counterparts and vendors..

Sr. Brand Designer

• Strategically direct team in developing/managing the brand identity for 5 in-house and 2 licensed brands 
• Created packaging, trims and collateral for softlines, hardlines and footwear categories 
• Developed in-store signage 
• Directed all photoshoots necessary to complete projects 
• Identified current trends in the marketplace and presented how they related to categories of business.

Graphic Designer

• Worked with Design Director and team to develop/implement brand identities for 16 in house brands 
• Assisted in the development of packaging, trims and collateral for softlines, hardlines and footwear categories 
• Developed pitch presentations to desired licensee brands.

Assistant Graphic Designer

• Assisted in the layout of product catalogs, promotional mailers, and product hang tags based on the direction of Design Director.
