I am seeking a full time, part time, or contractual position that will utilize both my personal and professional experience.

-Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
-Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in surf community societies.
-Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
-Maintains excellent vendor relations at all times.
-Intuitively understands budgetary needs for human capital as well as merchandise, and Risk/Loss management.
-Supports warehouse distribution to ensure efficency to all locations.

Store Manager 

-Maintains admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies and procedures.
- Markets programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements; answering questions; conducting tours.
- Obtains applicant information by requesting completed applications and medical information; verifying and clarifying information ; interviewing patients and family members; explaining admission criteria.
- Screens patients by comparing patient's condition to admission criteria; evaluating and accepting or rejecting patients; referring patients and family to other programs and institutions.
- Admits patients by completing admission and financial responsibility forms; coordinating and arranging physical, social, emotional, and support service requirements, including transportation.
- Resolves patient/family dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies.

Admissions Coordinator

- Senior Case Manager for a JACHO accredited transitional recovery treatment center specializing in the treatment of substance use disorder
- 40 hours of clinical work per week including weekly clinical supervision with licensed therapist
- Managed caseload of up to 12 clients
- Proficient in Kipu, Base Camp, and authorship of D.A.P. notes
- Works one-on-one with Clients to determine most effective path to recovery
- Works side by side with clinical team to assess and program individual treatment for each client 
- Helps Clients to be prolific in basic life skills
- Works with Client on achieving goals and objectives outlined on their treatment plan.
- Accompanies and coaches Clients in real life situations, such as job searches, interviews, enrollment processes, and facilitation of continuing a path to sobriety. 

Case Manager

- Served as a program manager for Phoenix Multisport, a sober active community that fosters a supportive and physically active lifestyle in recovery
- Facilitated partnerships, community, and family programing
- Implemented Phoenix Multisport’s Surf, SUP and Kickboxing programs
- Carried out administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: donor correspondence, FFS partnership relations, and community and national outreach
- Programed and instructed grant funded “together families recover” programing, including overnight trips, and represented Phoenix Multisport at National SAMHSA conference
- Executed administrative needs as related to data analysis and reporting on those findings
- Trained volunteers in Phoenix’s culture and mission
- Nurtured Team Member relationships and advocated for Team Member needs
- Founding employee at Orange County Chapter, instrumental in location set up, including but not limited to: security system management, maintenance of Phoenix’s asset
