I love studying people and trying to understand their behaviors. Maybe it's a trait of my ambiversion, but I'm a listener and observer by nature and I credit those competencies for helping me develop into the thoughtful and insightful marketer that I am.

I love learning from the people around me, whether they're colleagues or consumers, I believe everyone has something to teach—and hearing diverse perspectives sparks my creativity. I am confident in what I know, get excited for what I don't, and I see collaboration as a key ingredient in my constant pursuit for learning.

Expanded the NY-based agency footprint into Los Angeles by building up its new business and strategic marketing approach. Grew the agency offerings from an event-focused model to an integrated marketing approach specializing in experiential. Developed and mentored young talent and helped them succeed in their roles by creating a safe space for them to take risks, feel supported when they make mistake, and recognize them when they excel. 

I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish at MKG and can honestly say I had a strong impact on its culture and processes. 

Director of Business Development + Entertainment Partnerships

Founding employee for a startup experiential agency with a focus on the entertainment industry. Built up the new business approach and led the strategic approach towards developing creative solutions for successful film and network releases. Oversaw the production team in bringing the concept to reality. 

Found  a lot of excitement in exercising my startup background and was able to wear a lot of hats towards building out the agency infrastructure and operations.

Led the development of the strategic marketing and production teams for a new experiential division within a larger creative agency. Introduced new offerings to the agency and processes that positively impacted revenue growth and client services. 

This was the first role where I felt empowered to take my learnings and drive change within an organization.

Helped the agency transition through an acquisition and installed and managed our social media presence. Focused on marketing strategy and concept ideation while developing pitch materials for clients across auto, finance, sports, entertainment, gaming, CPG, fashion, and more.

My first "real job." Immediately impressed the team with my strategic and creative approach towards brand experiences, developing pitch materials, and consistent calm in a high stress environment. 

Loved every minute of my "growing up" experience here and formed lifelong relationships with my colleagues. 

Lived on a friend's couch while producing events for ESPN's X Games, Red Bull, Wasserman Media Group and other experiences in the action sports industry. 

Fun six months of trying to figure out life while enjoying the action sports lifestyle. 

Freelance Event Manager

My first week on the job I was driving a cargo van down to the Tempe Music Festival during my college Spring Break. It was my first introduction to producing an experiential marketing event and I immediately fell in love with the interactive environment. I completely embraced the "thrown into the fire" approach and used my resourcefulness and critical thinking to figure out how to both pitch and produce events while traveling around to different action sports events.  

Here, I built a foundation of my marketing beliefs that I still believe in and practice today.
