• Develop project plans, budget and price estimates - acting as Project Manager.

• Forecast and analyze contribution margins for future year & top 20 customers.
• Construct/maintain 13 week rolling forecast.
• Track and report territory finances and customer/service margins.
• Perform contract reviews.
• Administrator of ISNetworld (ISN) keeping updated records; insurance forms, TRIR and Experience Modification Rate (EMR).
• Attending Trade Shows, customer visits
• Implementation member of Microsoft Dynamics AX team; Training co-workers, working alongside consultants to build reports.
• Perform purchasing duties, filling role when absent.

• Coordinate & promote sales to new accounts.
• Compile / track lists of prospective customers in assigned territory.
• Maintain relationship with established accounts.
• Prepare and generate weekly report for Sales Activities.

• Coordination and manage the development of six catalogs annually, assign part numbers and configuring product.
• Attend Design Center meetings & catalog reviews

• Implementation and coordination of Zippo SAS, Zippo GMBH & Zippo UK reference numbers.
• Maintain relationships with multiple facets of the company to ensure smooth processing of requests.

• Process credits and debits against accounts when applicable.
• Resolve problems related to customs requirements, warehouse shipping errors and logistics issues.
• Back-up for Specification Associates - configuration approvals.

International Sales; EMEA

• Maintain relationships with set distributors & countries.
• Coordination of Purchase Orders/ProForma's for distributors in respective countries such as:
Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, Vietnam while backing up for China, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
• Creating & proofing annual catalogs for China, initiating custom designs.

• Assist International Business Development Manager with APAC reporting IE tracking of sales.
• Host catalog conference calls in absence of International Development Manager.
