We provide multi-level services for our clients and customers that goes beyond sales by immersing ourselves in the activities and sports that we love and always staying apprised of cutting edge technologies and experiences that come to market everyday. Analytics, geolocating and CRM are just a few of the tools we use everyday to provide efficiency and results for the brands we represent. 

I pioneered the launch of this sales representative group in 2010, negotiating agreements with major brands to sell their products. Over the course of 11 years, I scaled the company to encompass up to nine representatives engaged in the sale of products to more than 1500 specialty locations in 8 states and multiple national brands across North America. With a combined 50+ years of sales, marketing and management experience spanning multiple sectors and facets of the outdoor, action and team sports industries, our experience breeds success. 

- Exercised accountability for managing relationships with key national accounts that included Meijer, Vail Resorts, Moosejaw, Scheels, skis.com Boyne Resorts, Great Lakes Outpost, The House.

- Led monthly sales training seminars and demonstrations for new brands and product lines for current and prospective accounts. Transformed complex product information into clear, easy-to-understand data points to drive tactical sales strategies.

- Trained and developed nine sales representatives for brands that included Icelantic Skis, Pret Helmets, Thule, Gogglesoc, Corkcicle, Faherty, Oakley, Ray-Ban, Easton Mountain Products, Crispi Footwear, Mons Royale, Legacy Paddlesports, Hurricane Kayaks, Bending Branches, Aquabound, Seal, Focus SUP, Surftech SUP, Point 65 Degrees North Kayaks, Space Trailers, Panda Poles, Astis Mittens, Function, RipClear, Koar Bio, Kinco.
