I was born and raised in good ol' Upstate New York. I spent most of my time outside fishing, climbing trees and riding bikes. I could be found working on the farm with my grandfather, Vern. Vern was the second generation owner of the family masonry business. I worked with them from age 12, and when home, I can still be found bailing hay with the family. This is where my work ethic is from. 

Speaking of work ethic, this is the quote I live by. This quote is on my desk and I read it almost daily.

I am an adventurer. I like challenges.  I can learn from everyone, and every situation. Whether it's summiting Whitney (again), or flying to a foreign country, each and every person I meet along the way brings inspiration, and impacts my DNA. 

You'll find our family hanging in hammocks, listening to music and the waves breaking. You'll catch us in the Eastern Sierra catching golden trout. We chase storms and climb mountains, only to find the most exciting way down.  We are energetic and deeply rooted outside.   

Our son Ryder is 8 years old. He is naturally talented, deeply compassionate, and joins us on the slopes, backpacking the high peaks in Southern California, and climbing in Joshua Tree. He drives me, he challenges me and he teaches me. We couldn't be more proud of him.

Today, I am living my dream. I get to design products I love and watch my family grow. I'm surrounded by talented professionals, a loving family, and 2 French Bulldogs dogs (Roxy and Zoey) attached to my hip. I get to live and work in San Diego, and driven by the people in my life.

We design, manufacture and deliver tactical training services and products to the military, law enforcement, first responders, and other organizations responsible for homeland security. STOPS pioneered the introduction of “Hollywood” style special effects and practices into live tactical training – explosions, weapons, realistic props, foreign language speaking actors, and casualty actors. Since the introduction of medical simulation systems such as the Cut Suit (CS) STOPS now offers Advanced Surgical Skills Packages (ASSP), which together are the world’s only Hyper-Realistic® open surgery simulator (CS-ASSP).

STOPS continues to introduce innovative solutions to overcome the challenges of training military personnel, law enforcement personnel, first responders, and medical providers/surgical teams. STOPS is dedicated and focused on maximizing training value by outfitting individuals and organizations with essential training products to accomplish missions and save lives.

Sr. Industrial Designer

Freelance Industrial Design for Blast Motion, Taylormade, Superstroke, HP, Volvo, Neiman Marcus and Blumak 3D, and Evnroll Golf. I Championed the Digital Transformation with Treadway Racon Footwear Development with the Walmart and Target accounts. Created detailed 3D models of footwear using Romans CAD. We used X-Rite for the scanned material, and keyshot for the renderings. The digital Transformations intent was for buyers in Walmart and Target to purchase samples from a digital rendering vs physical samples.

Based in San Marcos, California, Blast Motion is an information company that provides motion analysis and performance insights. By intelligently combining the biomechanics of movement with sensor data, video capture technology, and cloud-based software services, Blast has redefined the way people coach, recruit, train, analyze, and improve their game. We worked directly with the Houston Astros and paved the way for their World Title.

For over 25 years, PDP has been supplying video game peripherals and accessories to major retailers across the world, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Audio team to make some really fun products.

Product Manager II/ Industrial Designer

Our technology allows headphones to withstand heavy perspiration, rinsing after active use, and submersion to 12'/3.6m underwater for an unlimited amount of time. Waterproof Rating: IPX8. Our headphones have been sound engineered to provide improved Bass Amplified Sound. Unlike other headphones, H2O Audio headphones do not sound tinny. All our products have been ergonomic designed for the purpose of use in sports. The speaker shape sits flush with the ear and is designed to promote proper alignment of the earbud.
