In 2008 Joshua Mischke started Heart in Colorado. Josh had been inspired by the Heart in Oregon Company and their unique stickers when he lived in Portland Oregon in 2007 and 2008. Josh had just moved back to Denver, Colorado from Portland, Oregon and wanted to take the same concept and move the feeling of Heart in Oregon to Colorado, Josh’s home state.
