Created new MI's (Manufacturing Instruction), revised numerous MI's as we advanced the process, collected data on Excel spreadsheets, created Excel spreadsheets for data collecting, helped production with any and all issues, and worked side by side with engineers.

Trained new employees, assisted with scheduling shifts, scheduled breaks, supervised day to day operations, operated register, managed inventory, did quality inspections all season, maintained and repaired shop equipment, supervised and personally maintained and repaired demo equipment, did ASTM testing of ski bindings throughout the season, disciplined employees, resolved customer complaints, prepared and reviewed injury reports, prepared end of season damage and loss report, shut down the shop, organized warranty items to be sent away. All three shops had a zero loss of equipment at the end of the season.
