Creative Director (Volunteer)

- Develop and manage brand direction.
- Manage social media presence, maintain monthly calendar and track social KPIs.

Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities include: Overseeing production process of product for key accounts; assisting in development of products with key accounts' designers from beginning to end; designing product for custom program; working with China team to ensure production schedule is followed as well as relay any info needed to accounts; acquiring new accounts while also growing current account relations; web development for websites under Pacific Manufacturing.

Brand Manager/Production Coordinator/Sales

- Execute email and social media marketing programs, including campaign building, A/B testing, list building and content creation. 
- Develop and maintain brand voice across social, advertising, and e-commerce channels. 
- Track growth on a weekly/monthly basis using Google Analytics & Shopify Analytics to determine ROI for lead generation and social media campaigns. 
- Work with the Creative Director to guide the creative process of media assets. 
- Create compelling marketing stories for artist collaborations. 
- Maintain seasonal marketing & sales calendar; manage offers and sale campaigns on site.
- Develop and design website & wholesale platform to meet the Creative Director’s vision for the brand. 
- Perform seasonal product uploads in ERP system and e-commerce channels; work with internal teams to upload product features, technical details, fit notes, and product descriptions.
- Plan site taxonomy and adjust based on seasonal changes, purchase preference and sale goals.
- Manage product lifecycle on site to ensure the right inventory is available for customers; ensure ERP is feeding data correctly.
- Manage 3rd party e-commerce channels.
- Moderate and manage customer product reviews.
- Plan, market & run pop-up events with Sales. 
- Photograph and edit all product shots as well as lifestyle imagery as necessary for wholesale/e-commerce needs and follow Creative Director’s vision for the brand.
