General Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting guests to the winery, providing the most congenial and informative
experience possible. Discussing wines and wine production and supply chain with guests and winery associates. Overhauled the retail shop with new visual merchandising, creating a 73%
uptick in merchandise sales over the last five months. Also attained the second highest sales of all associates, despite only being scheduled three days per week.

(Temporary Position)

General Responsibilities
Entered the company as a temporary contractor through an employment agency. Duties were to
source fabrics for all men's apparel. Held to strong quality control procedures and dealt with various vendors in multiple countries. Maintained accurate records throughout all Eddie Bauer
data systems to ensure transparency of supply chain. Contract was extended twice due to skill in managing the position while the company searched for a permanent replacement.

Product Development Manager, Men's Woven Tops & Outerwear

Roxy/Roxy Girl Printables & Knits
General Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of product development, sourcing and production for all women's tee shirts
and domestic knits (Roxy, Roxy Girl, Quiksilver Women's brands). Work with Design and Merchandising to turn concepts into saleable, profitable product. Source goods and negotiate
pricing with multiple vendors and contractors in Latin America and China, including travel as
necessary. Oversee sampling and fit processes, manage department staff to purchase and produce all goods for inline and value channels. Introduce new vendors continually to leverage
best possible product while maintaining quality and improving cost. Manage margin and work with design to capitalize on trends, while ensuring the line is relevant and distilled. Work
diplomatically with multiple corporate departments at all levels to ensure quality product and

Sr. Manager, Sourcing, Development and Purchasing

Took concepts from retailers and companies unable to perform sourcing and production and executed product from concept to final delivery. Products included such diverse items as socks,
backpacks and umbrellas to fire retardant suits for NASCAR and motocross gear. Responsible for finding factories who could produce these items to our specifications and negotiating price
and delivery, as well as overseeing all aspects of production, import, and delivery.

Production/Logistics Manager

Managed all aspects of footwear production and import from Spain, Italy, Brazil, and Asia,
including international communication to resolve production and logistics issues. Worked with design team, sales department and factories to determine trend forecasts and ensure production
schedules and product specifications are met. Developed plan for stock and customer-dedicated
orders for factories to maintain inventory levels while fulfilling individual customer
requirements. Cost-effective negotiation of prices at factories and with freight companies to
ensure price margins met, as well as overall product management. Communication with customs house broker and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries of merchandise.
Responsible for customs classification of goods and customs compliance for items in development.
