• Implemented AIMS as a system to utilize it on its full capacity with imports and domestic modules
• Implemented processes and procedures with all national retailers.
• Oversee imports, Customer Service, Quality Control, Warehouse and Accounting departments.
• Monitor full P&L of the company.
• Monitor physical inventory to insure assets of the company.
