- Own the B.O.H and visual execution of the only southern - California store which has exceeded sales of 1 million; totaling 5 million.
- Provide monthly project schedules, schematics, and FMR data.
- Manage a daily team as large at 15 associates per day.
- Deliver weekly sell through reports, flex options, & shipment procedures to the team and newly opened sister store.
