I worked for 1-year as a customer service representative in VXI Global Solution, LLC in Davao city. I can say that my first experience in BPO was very life-changing because I learned a lot and it equipped me with relevant skills. The ability to empathize and relate to people and then I realized that I have a passion for customer service. I love talking and listening to the customer's desire jnand perspective. I especially enjoy it when I get to help a customer find a solution they didn’t even realize was possible one that makes them happy and keeps them as a satisfied customer. My proven ability to maintain a strong interpersonal relationship with the customer is one of the reasons that I was promoted as a subject matter expert handling a team with 20 agents.

 I have been in the customer service industry for 1 year and 7 months. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls from customers about the food that they order. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. In my last job, I formed some significant customer relationships that's one of the reasons that I was promoted as a Subject matter expert. I successfully managed a team with 20 agents where I was responsible maintain to cascade any updates about the process that we follow and transfer my skills and knowledge on how to handle customers and to make sure that we provide exceptional customer service.
