Channel Sales Manager - Golf

Top Management

Responsible for driving the US wholesale business for Oakley Golf.  This includes all product categories for multiple eyewear brands under the Luxottica group as well as Oakley specific apparel, footwear and accessories.

Forecast quarterly and annual sales, develop national sales strategies and ensure successful execution of plans.

Motivate, manage, inspire regional managers and national sales force, support and strengthen our partnerships, develop and expand future business, constantly communicate and develop distribution strategies in changing business environments.


Regional Sales Manager - Western US

Monitor and report on all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics.  Planning, forecasting and analysis of product lines to ensure strategic goals are being accomplished within AFA categories.  

Act as the primary liaison for Sales and AFA with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, development, demand planning, allocation, operations, etc), regional managers and sales representatives.

Report to upper management on key areas of business, develop, share and align calendars with pertinent internally groups to further integrate business units and increase awareness of major events and milestones. 

Collaborate with cross functional teams to increase visibility of sales needs, develop sales tools and materials, sales programs specific to product categories of focus, penetration goals and reporting, market visits and customer development.
