Having grown up in St. Paul, MN, Justin attended Minnesota State University and Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen earning a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management and Tourism while also studying Business Administration. With an adventurous personality Justin attended school in the Netherlands and had internship stints in Germany and with the Finnish Olympic Committee in Helsinki, Finland. After Europe, Justin moved to Vail, Colorado where he currently works as an Autotransfusionist Representative with Hema-Source and an Assistant Manager at a local family owned ski shop at the base of Vail mountain.

- Assist clients with retail purchases in bike and ski sectors
- Manage schedules and duties for up to 10 employees
- Perform opening and closing duties for Vail Ski and Wheel Base
- Setup and repair ski, snowboard, and bicycles for high volumes of clients

- Represent and promote the use of Autotransfusions and Platelet Rich Plasma injections throughout Eagle and Summit County
- Perform Autotransfusions on clients during various surgical procedures
- Consult and execute Platelet Rich Plasma work to surgeons and clients
