A collaborative, idea-driven and growth-oriented individual passionately looking to thrive in a career in Sports. As a lifelong sports fan, I have always tried to apply the athlete's mindset in my roles within multi-national companies. Whether it was rallying the Pampers team in P&G to help lead its big turnaround, inspiring a team for a campaign launch for the Men's Grooming brands in Unilever Philippines, or developing TV campaigns for the 2019 SEA Games, I have always tried to unleash the inner athlete in me to achieve seemingly insurmountable feats in my work life. Now with an dynamic array of roles spanning FMCG Marketing and Sports Media, I believe that I am prepared to take on a bigger role in the world of Sports beyond the Philippines.

Teaching indoor cycling classes on the side as an instructor at Electric Studio. Regularly teaching 45-minute high intensity cardio classes while inspiring and motivating riders to work in order to become better versions of themselves.

Worked as the Content Head for Sports in the country's biggest Sports Network - ESPN5 Philippines. In charge of the main sports content (basketball, football) business of TV5 - ensuring the best sports content is served to Sports fans in the Philippines to generate maximum ratings and revenue for the network.

Key Achievements
1. NBA Launch on Free TV - Helped lead the team that brought the TV Coverage of NBA Games back in the Philippines after more than 1 year absence. Part of the team that negotiated and executed the Programming, Marketing, and Sales Strategy of the NBA. The Bubble Season helped generate all-time high ratings for One Sports and ESPN5.
2. Sama-Sama Sa SEA Games - Led TV5's network campaign of the 2019 SEA Games in airing, producing, and promoting the most comprehensive coverage of the biggest sports event of 2019. In charge of planning the most strategic sports to air throughout 20 days of non-stop sports action to maximize engagement, ratings, and revenue for TV5.
3. ESPN Content Relaunch - Leading the relaunch of TV5's ESPN Sports Properties by closely collaborating with the ESPN International team to optimize the Sports Content served to Sports Fans in the Philippines.
• NCAA College Basketball - Driving more NCAA College basketball content on-air to diversify basketball content in the Philippines.
• ESPN 30 for 30 - Reviving ESPN 30 for 30 episodes in the Philippines to further educate Sports fans in the Philippines
• NFL - Pushing for increased airtime for NFL games to cater to American Football fans in the Philippines
4. TV5 and One Sports Launch   - Helped lead the re-branding of TV5 and its Free TV Sports Channel "5 Plus" to "One Sports" featuring the best tailor-fitted content for Filipino Sports fans today:
• Terrific 12 Tournament 2019 - The premier regional league for professional basketball clubs in East Asia staged its biggest tournament to date pitting 12 of the top teams across Japan, Korea, China, and the Philippine in a week of world-class basketball. TV5 provided its most extensive coverage through its digital and on-air channels, garnering above average ratings in September 2019.
• The Basketball Tournament - Despite the COVID pandemic, we aired one of the few live basketball events available in the US, successfully helping One Sports remain as the top sports TV destination

Programming Lead for Sports

• PBA Bubble Relaunch - Helped lead the Programming plans for the much-awaited PBA Bubble restart following the success of the NBA. This involved the airing back to back games, 7 days a week, for almost 3 full months from October - December 2020.

Unilever's local Men's Face Care brand. Overseeing all parts of the brand's business from Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Advertising, and Promotions.

Key Achievements
1. Master - Mas Fresh, Mas Gwapo! - Led the launch of Master's newest campaign, "Mas Fresh, Mas Gwapo!", which was a major strategic shift for the brand based on a deeply relevant male insight - challenging the way men view being 'gwapo' (handsome).
2. Master's eCommerce Business - Helped establish Master's eCommerce business in Lazada and Shopee. Launched several successful campaigns to achieve the brand's highest performance in eCommerce - a highly profitable emerging channel for the brand and the company.

the Total Marketing Agenda under Unilever's VP for Personal Care - Dorothy Dee-Ching. Successfully leading the launch of Unilever Philippines' Beauty and Personal Care Category

Key Achievements
1. Agile Innovations Planning - Helped lead the launch of the new Agile Innovations Planning system that successfully drove more agility in innovation launches across all Unilever brands and categories in 2018. Worked closely with the Unilever Philippines Board to drive this organizational shift
2. Beauty and Personal Care Launch - Helped lead the campaign that transformed the old Personal Care category into the new Beauty & Personal Care category through a national sales conference launch

Tasked to help lead

Serving as the Assistant Brand Manager for Baby Care Philippines - primarily leading Pampers' Hospital Business and Digital Marketing. Successfully led the growth of Pampers' Point of Market Entry market share after just 6 months in the role.

Key Achievements:
1. Pampers Historic Turnaround Year - Helped Pampers during its turnaround year in 2016 as the brand grew by 35% in net sales, which successfully ended the brand's 10-year decline - specifically driving the Point of Market Entry segment.
2. Pampers Hospital Program - Led Pampers' Hospital Trial Program reaching 825,000 mothers nationwide leading to highest Entry Market Share for Pampers in the past 3 years. The program is now expanding to 852,000 mothers with a more extensive ecosystem ranging from mothers' pre-natal to post-natal stages, ensuring a strong linkage from the hospital to the stores through active customer engagements and partnerships.
3. #1 e-Share in Lazada for Pampers PH - Helped lead Pampers to attaining e-share leadership for the first time ever through innovative website design, strategic promos, and meaningful brand partnerships.

One of only two students accepted into Unilever Philippines as a Brand Resident. Assisted the Senior Assistant Brand Manager in successfully leading one of Rexona's biggest launches: Motionsense Technology.
Key Campaigns Handled:
1. Rexona with Motionsense Launch - Rexona's biggest brand relaunch in the past decade that introduced its latest innovation through a full 360 campaign. Led the OOH deployment †faceand assisted in meeting brand requirements for customers like SM, Puregold, and Mercury Drugs, helping Rexona reach double digit growth in 2016.
2. Rexona Top 50 Pinoy Movers - A digital and print campaign featuring top "movers" like Erik Matti, Jimmy Alapag, and Rajo Laurel, coming from different industries, to convey Rexona's newest brand positioning through Instagram posts and a mini-movie.
