Internal Marketing Sales Manager

Manage a team of 5 that handles a high volume of inbound and outbound web leads. My team works to qualify leads and consistently follow up with interested parties. In conjunction with managing the sales team, I am responsible for creating web content, updating branded websites, social media monitoring and creating printed materials. Duties include: call tracking reporting, admissions department support, hiring and training team members, lead generation, manage new client on-board process, creating financial packets for clients, etc...

Managed brand presence within all OC Register products, partnerships and the community. Specialized in product launches, event activation, subscriber rewards programs, and consumer promotions. Duties included: print ad concept creation, trafficking creative concept through all departments,  client relations, budget proposals, and event concept creation.

Marketing Coordinator

Worked with Orange County sales representatives to maintain over 200 yearbook program accounts. Consulted with all-age programs to discuss trends, story and layout development, marketing plans, and photography techniques. Duties included: creating marketing materials and online tutorials, managing marketing budgets, continuous communication to ensure customer satisfaction, daily deadline management, event planning and direct mail campaigns.

Sales & Marketing Associate

Maintained vitaminwater and smartwater brand presence in all OC communities. Duties included: Event activation, market strategy, promotion development and customer communication.
