I am currently seeking a full time marketing position in Orange County. I have over a year and a half experience working as a marketing coordinator for a promotional products company, assisting in sales and managing all social media- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WordPress blog, Pinterest and Instagram. Three years experience in retail management, focusing on customer satisfaction and exceeding sales goals.

•	Provided direct support to President of the company in daily tasks 
•	Assisted with key accounts,  researched products and put together client proposals via Power Point
•	Communicated with vendors and clients to create unique promotional products, stay within client’s budget, ensure timely delivery of products, and guaranteed customer satisfaction 
•	Cold called on local businesses and managed 30+ accounts from previous outside sales representative

Marketing Coordinator/Sales Support

•	Provided all aspects of office administration in a busy Chiropractic office where patience, competency and multi-tasking skills were essential.
•	Successfully managed 20-30 daily appointments and stayed on top of rescheduling and confirming patients
•	Managed insurance payments and plans for 200+ patients 
•	Negotiated and advocated patient billing issues with insurance companies to ensure appropriate reimbursement occurred and patient care was not compromised. 
•	Processed patient and insurance payments to facilitate accurate cashflow.

Office Manager

•	Managed a busy retail store ensuring that the No Fear guidelines were observed while maximizing profitable sales.
•	Maintained store visual appearance and housekeeping standards to provide an enjoyable customer experience.
•	Took over the store in March of 2011 as a manager when sales were below budget and the store was on the verge of being shut down. Increased our annual sales by 62% that following year, consistently surpassing sales goals by constantly engaging in customer facing sales, reaching out via marketing through social media. 
•	Store ranked #1 in district for revenue increase over LY.
•	Responsibilities included hiring, training and supervising a staff of 6-10 management and sales associates, accurately managing cash flow and inventory control, and day-to-day store operations.
•	Provided leadership as the store level marketing representative for Northern California, leading upper management on specific marketing directives and initiatives each week.
