Promote and coordinate overall corporate merchandise program, including acting as key liaison between corporate partners, corporate hospitality clients, third-party agencies, and vendors for the overall U.S. Open merchandise sales and operation.
• Exceeded 2012 sales objective of $1.399 million by 18% despite a 10% decrease in total corporate clients from the previous year
• Member of 5 person team responsible for organizing and managing 42,000 sq. ft. U.S. Open Merchandise Pavilion which generates $12MM - $15MM retail over an 11-day period
• Manage on-site corporate hospitality merchandise operation while Supervising U.S. Open Merchandise Pavilion Customer Service, an on-site staff of 20+ interns and approximately 1,200 merchandise volunteers
• Select merchandise product for program, including submitting/approving apparel and logos, following The USGA’s strict licensing guidelines and policies. Review product concepts
