GUEST TALENT COORDINATOR:
• Produce and help execute professional quality Performances
• Evaluate, then log the presentation’s production quality of shows
• Organize accurate accounting of Guest merchandise and transactions then document
• Ensure effective communication between Guest Performers and the Resort
YOUTH EDUCATION SERIES FACILITATOR:
• Formulate educational experiences to exceed guest expectations
• Prompt participants to engage in technical problem solving and team building exercises
• Guide students in application based lessons relating to state curriculum
• Facilitate educational standards to student groups of 15 or more
SPECIAL EVENTS:
• Embody the values of the Disneyland Resort while welcoming outside media entities
• Arrange travel and transportation for members of the media to and from the Resort
• Consult with Resort departments as well as media entities to confirm travel details
ENTERTAINMENT HOST:
• Maximize efficiency of personalized Guest/Character interactions
• Communicate schedules, guidelines, safety procedures and adapt to last minute changes
SHOW PERFORMER:
• Initiate Guest interaction, includes greetings with high-profile and Make A Wish visitors
• Maintain consistency and excellence of Guest service in high-volume atmospheres
