I've been in the accounting workforce for over three years now. I am currently the sole accountant at a successful and growing real estate company in Austin, TX. Being the sole accountant for such a fast-paced, sometimes hectic, company has given me to tools to be able to juggle multiple responsibilities while consistently following tasks through. 

As an avid rock climber and outdoors enthusiast, I've been thinking about relocating to Colorado for a couple years now and feel that I have the skills and know-how to officially make the plunge and start the job search. 

•	Manage portfolio of 14 commercial properties, consisting of 131 tenants total
•	Deposit all tenant payments and apply to appropriate ledgers and accounts  
•	Process large volumes of payables while accurately classifying expenses on a weekly basis
•	Track tenant receivables and collections 
•	Complete bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts as well as accounts payable and receivable
•	Produce reliable financial results under accrual and cash methods in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
•	Coordinate with property managers and tenants to achieve tasks and effective operations of properties
•	Completed monthly accruals, enter and amortization of prepaid insurance and rents
•	Create and maintain a budgeting tool for operating properties and properties in construction 
•	Handled W2/1099 year-end reporting and maintenance of such files throughout the year


•	Manage portfolio of 20 multi-family properties for various clients as well as close all accounts, GLs, and prepare final financials for all lost properties for the company 
•	Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations
•	Prepared and reviewed accurate and timely month-end reports and financials for various owners 
•	Reconcile deposits daily, issue vendor payments as needed 
•	Coordinate with property managers and district managers to achieve tasks and effective operations of properties
•	Complete monthly closeout procedures, monthly accruals, enter amortize prepaid insurance
