I am a recent graduate of Eckerd College where I obtained a major in Communication and minors in Business Management and Leadership studies. By majoring in Communication along with playing collegiate volleyball for 4 years, I have become an effective communicator, exhibit strong leadership qualities and would thrive in any high pressure environment.  I truly value hard work and have an ability to work well with different personalities within a team setting. 

I have also had the opportunity and been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout Europe as well as school sponsored trips to South Africa, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands and a service trip to Malawi, Africa.  These experiences have been invaluable and have helped me to not only develop an appreciation for what I have, but also helped me create meaningful relationships and unforgettable memories.   

I recently relocated to the Los Angeles area and am currently seeking a position with a company where I can use my skills and experiences to add value to a team. I’m positive, energetic, determined, competitive and ready to broaden my horizon!

Searched local multi listing services for remodel prospects that would produce an After Retail Value of at least 20% gain in sales price. 

Assisted real estate agent with contract negotiations and purchase of 3 properties in 8 month period.  

Complete the remodel and the sale of these three properties for a 35%-38% sales price increase.
