• Established Assistant General Managers in all destinations to ensure each office had an on-site leader
• Implemented high-five Friday emails to recognize the rock stars of the company each week - saw employee
engagement rise from about 10% participation to 95% participation
• Internal survey's on leadership rose from an average of 75% to 90%
• Worked with CFO on streamlining reports to ensure all clients/contacts had a personalized touch point from the executive team
• Created bi-weekly calls with all leadership to ensure all information was disseminated internally - each
participant was tasked with listening to a 20-30 minute podcast and sharing with the group on how to set better
