Women's Designer/Product Developer

In this company, I was asked for overseeing seasonal color palettes and artwork for junior, missy, and contemporary markets. 
Main Duties:
Identifying the latest market trends and target markets by collaborating with multiple designers, leading and directing the art department from creative development to repeat stages, participating in trade events and market weeks, and coordinating with agents and factories in China to source, knit, and weave final products for Los Angeles.
