Production Coordinator

I am a self-motivated communication & administration professional, with over 8 years of experience in media,
entertainment, and supervising; which I've used while casting star talent for voiceover studios and working
with large named studio's as a project coordinator and manager.

?   Assist in client queries to ensure timely delivery of assets.
?   Process and track assets from receipt to final delivery.
?   Provide cross-functioning support with other team coordinators in asset management.
?   Perform other related tasks and duties as needed; such as invoicing, creating work orders, and project managing.

?   Create and maintain databases focusing on project needs.
?   Work with company directors and producers to coordinate shooting schedules.
?   Perform tasks related to production coordination, like inquiring about insurance, venue, and crew.

Office Manager

?   Record and edit auditions while providing direction to talent allowing for the best representation of talent.
?   Contact agents and talent to coordinate auditions, holds, and bookings to allow for organized casting.
?   Act as an audio engineer during professional recording sessions for commercials, animation, and dubbing.
?   Audition performers for commercial or theatrical productions.

Casting Associate

?   Greet guests entering the establishment and determine the nature of the visit in a fast-paced studio.
?   File and maintain records and receipts to allow for information to be found quickly.
?   Operate telephone to screen or roll calls to help editors focus on work.
?   Complete and send out a client list for following day appointments to ensure productivity.
