Manage the business by creating orders accurately and on time. Have working knowledge of Oracle, Word/Excel, and Outlook. Provide complete and professional service, with the goal of assisting all issues when possible and minimizing transfers.

Front Desk 

Operational coordination of non-profit rural education and small business development in remote locations in Ghana, Africa. Organized and facilitated a 10 week business course for uneducated adults, developed business plans, and administered microloans to qualified participants. Managed and mentored the small business development and loan portfolios in the area.
