•   Compliance of Sales Tax Assessment & Audit and GST Audit, Income tax Audit
•   Payment of TDS, wherever is applicable and preparation/filing of Quarterly return for TDS deducted and issuing of Certificates.
•   Reconciliations of Customer Receivables and Inventory with the channel partners i.e.- Central, Pantaloons, Kapson's, Myntra, Jabong, Amazon, Other online portals.
•   Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
•   Establish and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
•   Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities with channel partners (in Cash/Stock/Invoices/Payments)
•   Monitoring and supporting in taxation issues.
•   Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs Financial audit preparation and coordination with Auditors
•   Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
•   Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
•   Collecting of Statutory forms like F-Form & C-Form from concerned customer & submission to statutory department.
•   Associate the Stock auditor to conduct the stock audit and verify the result of the same with books inventory.
•   Preparation and verifying the third parties' margin and billing pattern with channel partners.
•   Handling of Imports documentations, Import Duty calculations and coordinating with clearance agent.
•   Review & Verifying Day to Day books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 & MS Navision with the subordinates
•   Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
•   Handling of Payroll, salary disbursement for 100 Employees, PF, ESI & PT monthly & annual online Returns, Employee
•   Payments follow up and release the Payments to the vendors/Suppliers.
•   Preparation & filing of VAT, VAT 240, Income Tax, Service Tax & Professional Tax
•   Preparation & filing of GST Returns i.e. GSTR3B, GSTR1, & GSTR9 & Corresponding documents.
•   Reconciliation of GSTR2A between books and GST department.
•   Compliance of ROC matters and co ordinating with auditor and consultants to file the related ROC forms.
•   Review and renew of agreements with vendors and negotiation of rates with vendors to reduce the cost of the company.
•   Calculation for TDS for Employees and collecting the Form 12B from the employees and issuing of Form 16 as per the dead line prescribed by Income tax department.
•   Filing for TDS return on quarterly basis and issuing the form 16A to Vendors on regular basis.
•   Accounting and Validating the Fixed assets and Reconciliation and account the deprecation on monthly basis.
•   Conducting and preparation of documents for notice representation to departments i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, Labor
department and GST department.

•   Maintain & Updating Day to Day books of accounts in Tally ERP 9 at client place.
•   Preparation & filing of Quarterly return for TDS deducted and issuing of Certificates.

Job Responsibilities:
Indirect Taxes: -
•	Monthly Compliance & filing of periodical Returns under Central Excise, Service Tax, KVAT, KTEG, KPT act(s).
•	Preparation of KVAT audits (VAT-240) report.
•	Compliance of VAT, CST & KTEG Assessment/Audit conducted by the consent departments.
Direct Taxes: -
•	Deduction and Payment of TDS, wherever is applicable and preparation/filing of Quarterly return for TDS deducted and issuing the Certificates.
•	Computation of Self-Assessment Tax and Filing of Income Tax Returns (Individual (or) Firms (or) Company).
•	Income Tax audit and Preparation of Report under Income Tax Act.
•	Handling & Review of books of accounts for Audit.
Other Responsibilities: -
•	Registration & maintenance of mandatory documents/registers, Preparation & Filing of Annual & Half Yearly(As
applicable) Returns under K Shop & establishment act, K Factories Act, K Contract Labor(Regulation & Abolition) Act, ESIC Act, EPF & EPS Act.
