Hello! I recently received my masters degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. I am looking to be one of the first students to use the degree towards professional skateboarding, and other extreme sports. I have a cumulative five+ years working with three professional sport teams across the country, and have worked and managed a skate/snow shop for three years. The job introduced me to a world that gave me purpose, that built my confidence, that gave me a passion, and amazing friends. The grit about skateboarding and skate culture spoke to me, and I have gravitated toward it ever since. Looking forward to kick-starting my career in operations, brand / athlete management, sponsorship, or marketing.

Worked directly with all members of the organization for the team’s debut season Acted as a liaison for guests (primarily season ticket holders) and game events. Helped organize and set up game preparation for all home games.

Game Operations & Guest Relations Intern

Created different loan programs for clients by reviewing and analyzing financial documents, credit reports, and property evaluations. Processed and applied mortgage loan compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure file completion throughout underwriting processes. Maintained relationships with lender account executives, loan officers, and other real estate professionals.

Maximize daily and monthly sales goals by marketing merchandise to consumers; make store specific product decisions to increase sales results; operations include promotion set-ups, inventory audits, and other store executions. Directly worked with residents in the Los Angeles community to purchase group tickets, mini plan packages, and full season seats.

Seasonal Inside Sales Representative

Primarily responsible for selling season, partial and group tickets via telemarketing, electronic mail, fax and other communication means; serviced accounts, worked all regular season games performing various duties ranging from fan services, operations to marketing activation.

Interacted with fans to build fan development. Team’s primary representative at events and appearances. Worked with the Community Development Department’s programs and initiatives. Coordinated game-by-game community ticket program (Kicks for Kids)/major events. Responded to donation requests.
