Responsible for all US/Domestic wholesale sales and product distribution, multiple brands Customer service and account management (boutique, majors, and private label) Order entry and processing, inventory and product allocation, scheduling order shipments Schedule and communicate pre-book windows for sales, coordinate with design and production for effective product launches and order fulfillment Oversee all eCommerce customer service and retention Coordinate all eCommerce sales, product launches, and promotions (including, but not limited to, purchasing, social media, and digital marketing) eCommerce Merchandiser (site layout, product builds, photos and copy, vendor orders) Design graphics and text for email campaigns, website landing pages, and promotional materials Identify and communicate sales and product trends, product development Recruit, train and develop sales staff (reps, assistants, interns)
