• Executive Administrative Assistance: email respond, appointments setup, itineraries coordination, calendar management, meeting organization, conference memo, travel arrangement, phone call/resume pre-screening, coffee runs, etc.
• Market Research & Analysis (environmental protection and footwear industry): trade news/alerts, fashion trend report, product research, competition analysis (eg. quality comparison, price point, market share, brand awareness), and tradeshow recap report (eg. expenses vs. orders/public exposure/customer feedback). 
• Product Development: initial prototype design assistance (eg. prepare sample order sheets and material/color reference), footwear sample examine and revisions, monitor product sales history, and mass production QC. 
• Customer Relations: social media (Facebook), customer complain and feedback.
• Public Relations: sponsorships, Co-ops and charity events.
• Marketing Materials: product catalog photo shoots (8 brands), promotional flyer printing/mailing, show banner and roll ups making, and free giveaways.
• MAP Enforcement and MSRP Regulation: two (2) years of strict regulator experience with a large customer base of around 3,000+ wholesale accounts
• Trade Shows & Other Event Planning: both domestic and international.
• Graphic Design: Photoshop Elements and CS.
• Language: Literate in Chinese, fluent in English, conversational in Shanghainese. 
• 10 years of professional ballet training and performance around the world.

- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO/President of the company.
- Assist with product designers to prepare all new style sample order forms to be sent to suppliers.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding all changes related to shoe last, outsole and material (2,000+ items).
- Create collection summary for all new styles and write style & color descriptions.
- Coordinate with all domestic and international tradeshows and related travel arrangement (US, Canada, UK, Russia, Mexico, Europe, Brazil, Australia, Japan, China, etc.). 
- Make arrangements and contacts for product catalog photo shoot (8 brands).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis report to CEO of the company. (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Develop day-to-day social calendars and execute Public Relations/charity projects
- Support the production of brand campaign and special events
- Communicate with sales/customer services regarding all customers’ complaint and product feedback.
- Discuss with QC personnel for defective issues/quality problems and solutions for improvement.
- Enforce Minimum Advertising Price (MAP) Policy.
- Regulate Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) Policy.
