I am a prospective graduate of Arizona State University with a diverse background in communication theories and principles. I am currently seeking out an evolving position where I can utilize and further develop my general marketing and customer service/support experience and enhance my professional knowledge of written and oral communications. My previous positions involved sales, marketing, and customer service with owners who specialized in developing self-motivated and highly pro-active employees. I am now ready to move on from a direct marketing position into a career-oriented position.

used client's products and services. Recruited and managed a team of Brand Representatives including setting goals
and evaluating weekly performance. Coached and trained Brand Representatives into Campaign Management
promotion. Directed, motivated, and monitored the mobilization of team to advance campaign goals.

Senior Campaign Manager

Promoted from Brand Representative to Campaign Manager. Trained to master four marketing systems applicable to
several diverse company strategies. Boosted skills by effectively teaching and training others. Demonstrated
leadership skills by coaching brand ambassadors on multiple clients. Assisted in Human Resources duties such as
interviewing and recruiting. Oversaw inventory management for all existing clients. Cross trained employees to
excel at promoting eight unique clients.
