Providing Direction to the Warehouse and Shipping Team, Supervise, coordinate, organize and manage the daily operations Analyze, recommend and solve problems; prepare and review departmental reports; operate applicable computer software programs; perform math computations quickly and accurately; organize and complete work as scheduled; understand and follow written and verbal instructions; select, train, assign,            supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel; communicate and work cooperatively with subordinates, departmental representatives, management, suppliers and vendors and activities of the shipping team and assist with management of the receiving department. 
     *Work with Sales and Supply Chain Buyer/Planner to Coordinate, Organize,  
      schedule and assign work with Warehouse and Shipping Leads. Maintain priorities and 
      Capacity needs to ensure that daily and monthly Shipping Goals are attained.
     *Oversee all Export shipments, from documentation (AES, NAFTA, SLI, Frt. 
       Forwarders, etc.) are followed through and adhered to.
      *Manage and Communicate Department KPI Performance.                         
      *Schedule and Assigns Training for the Team and evaluates the work of assigned 
        personnel; while updating Training Matrix for 
        employees.                                                                                                 
      *Communicates and enforces Quality and Safety Standards and ensures Material 
        Handling Equipment is fully operational. 
      *Distribute and maintain Department DPMs, and SOP's 
      *Develop and Maintain 5S and Safety Objectives
      *Accountable for Inventory Control Objectives
      *Oversees and Monitors Attendance, Timecards, and Time Off for Vacations 
      * Provide Performance Reviews for Material Handling personnel
      * Prepare and distributes maintenance work orders including job related accidents  
         and special reports      
      *Maintains and recommends acquisition or replacement of material handling   
        equipment, tools and supplies.
