Manage Product Testing team and oversea testing department across all lines
Analyze testing reports and samples to find positive solutions for issues
Co-Develop, test & commercialize advance technologies & footwear across all lines
Communicate and Coordinate with oversea factories. 
Vendor and product management, effectively source and find new and better product providers. Visit vendor facilities domestic and oversea to ensure quality, product completion timing and negotiate pricing as well as final product development and all approvals.
Analyze pre-line costing on new season development.
Work closely with designer team on production and review pricing challenge for new development.
Assistant with design for material sourcing.
Factory claim negotiation on unqualified product
Managing production/sourcing internationally for UK, Europe, Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Turkey & Canada.
