Building the industry one shredder at a time. 

Worked directly with the VP, Design Director, Development, Snow and Skate Footwear and Apparel Product Creation Teams, Sales, Brand Comms and the Finance Controller to organize business operations and accounting procedures. Handled all business accounting and supported the entire Senior Leadership team throughout all milestones. Organized all meetings and cross functional calendars. Worked with Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing Operations, Distribution Center, Sports Marketing and Brand Marketing to ensure all product was in the right place at the right time. Produced all internal events for the action sports department.  Focused on creating adventurous team building experiences to bring people together in a meaningful way. Helped establish and support accounting operations / budget management for our Hong Kong, Latin America and Western Europe Action Sports Headquarters. Worked closely with our Brand Marketing Director to organize our Global Marketing Working Budget across all regions. Created a business unit culture to attract the best talents in the industry.

Assistant Project Manager

Traveled with Bonnie Prince Billly and Mount Eerie through the Northwest as tour manager handling logistics and financial details.  Worked directly with promoters, stage managers, production managers and venue ops to ensure a smooth production.  Organized and helped facilitate recording sessions for 2 albums - Lie Down in the Light and Beware.

Recording Coordinator / Tour Manager

Consulted trend relevant insights around action sports / youth culture. Worked with the creative teams to develop action sports based concepts for Red Bull events. Facilitated studio operations, productions, scouted talent and managed budgets.  Hired crew, created systems for media management, and supervised post production. Built improved processes and systems in all aspects of production.
