I've been merchandising & re-fixturing since I was 11. My Dad created an architecture model of my room so I could plan the way I wanted the furniture to be arranged. I was hooked. I quickly moved onto to merchandising and styling my own clothes and soon found my way into the world of fashion. I'm always thinking ahead on how to tell a story with products in the most effective & efficient way. 

My other passion is running. Marathons and dogs.

Visual Merchandiser & Stylist 

•	Maintain positive relationships and communication with clients

Worked side by side the owner on integral stages of early brand development, web launch, brand growth and brand sustainability. 

Work side-by-side the owner, wearing many hats both internally and at large interfacing with clients on the wholesale level, and of course retail clients from the web platform.

Set up In-Store Pop Ups

Maintain relationships with factories & wholesale accounts

Create materials for wholesale and online. Selling, systems, inventory.

Maintain the online store. Upload product photos & inventory, run promotions, ship to customers and ensure customers are happy 

Brand Manager

I was the Jack of All Trades once we re-opened the store in our new location. I did any and everything to get the store set up and continue running and looking lovely. Including but not limited to: 

*Communicated with Vendors on placing orders, customer request, damages, swaps

*Styled Instagram posts including lay-downs, mannequin styling & merchandised store shots

*Managed product through entire life cycle. Including: helping make decisions on what product to buy/how much, entered POs into RunIT, merchandised product into sales floor, photographed product for social media, photographed product for clients, managed mark downs and return to vendors. 

*Helped create successful events & parties that were held at the store. Worked with nearby businesses for inclusion & cross promotion of events. 

*Was in charge of trouble shooting all aspects of running the store. Including: Register Program RunIT, Customer Databases, MailChimp, Instagram, Scheduling, Hiring, Training

Merchandise & Operations Manager

Personal Shopper & Sales Representative

•Responsible for all creative and merchandising aspects of wholesale showroom business including two permanent showrooms and all tradeshow displays

•Work with over 30 artists to carry out the vision for their products through merchandising and display in permanent showrooms and at several tradeshows per year

•Coordinate all trade show details from planning and creating, marketing, shipping, hiring and execution

•Work with team to service customers, meet sales goals and seek out new lines while at market

•Responsible for all online marketing and social media, including updating website, sending email blasts and working with vendors to represent current digital catalogs and images online

Merchandising and Display Coordinator

•Oversaw management staff of five, visual staff of two and sales staff of 30, while responsible for overall visual presentation and daily operations of a $7 million store

•Interpreted conceptual trends for each season into the interior of the store, windows and outfitting of fixtures and forms

•Participated in prototypes with corporate merchandisers to complete floor set books to inspire entire company

•Maintained communication with District Merchandising Manager, District Manager and Buyers regarding product needs, feedback and trends

•Analyzed business to make the appropriate merchandising moves in all departments and provide feedback to corporate

•Developed and trained employees, recruiting, hiring and interviewing, wrote and administered performance reviews, managed payroll and monthly display budget

Store Merchandising Manager

•Responsible for the overall running of the Women’s department in a $9 million store

•Oversaw staff of 40 with a focus on completing and delegating merchandising and operational tasks

•Analyzed business and worked with Store Merchandiser to make floor moves that would drive sales

•Planned and executed in-store art and music events to promote local artists in the community
