Kayla Brill: Action Sports Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA

• Work with Director of Core Sports and Team Managers to build and drive a strong Core Sports program that supports 160+ athletes across 11 disciplines • Develop and execute activations around Rockstar athletes at events like X Games and US Open of Surf • Create, execute and process athlete contracts and athlete renewals • Train athletes on Rockstar brand policies and initiatives to ensure that contractual obligations are met • Coordinate athlete media opportunities with media outlets • Provide on-site support to Rockstar athletes at major events including X Games and Dew Tour • Improve communication with athletes and agents to allow for longstanding, healthy relationships • Maintain and distribute marketing/athlete calendars to facilitate sales around activations • Compile all athlete results and schedules into master documents and distribute to marketing team as needed • Review and maintain all Action Sport web content weekly to ensure content is accurate and up to date • Maintain event financials, ledgers and expenses • Create decks to propose partnerships with endemic brands and develop programs that focus on shared athletes
