•Developed strategies to better communicate the Assemblyman’s position on policies to constituents.  Redesigned communication materials.

Assistant to Field Representatives

•Expanded the role of receptionist by also coordinating marketing materials, dramatically improving the speed at which the material was compiled, edited, and sent out.  Reduced the time the executive level staff spent on minor tasks by the successful expansion and acceleration of receptionist duties, ultimately increasing their productivity and subsequent sales.

Office Administrator

•Selected to be a consultant to College Now Greater Cleveland.  Implemented new College Now Mentoring Program – pairing College Now scholarship recipients with adult mentors. Created marketing materials, coordinated development strategies, oversaw mentee and mentor recruitment, and corresponded with the partner organization.

•By combining marketing, development, project management, and human relations skills, single-handedly established the CNGC Mentoring Program in a two-month timeframe, leaving the newly hired, full-time CNGC Mentoring Coordinator with a solid foundation from which to build.  

•Reduced costs and diminished the workload for CNGC, impacting the company’s main mission by creating a program that has since greatly increased the retention and graduation rates of CNGC scholarship recipients.
