• Provides creative direction for and oversees all photo and video content produced by the resort and for the resort by independent contractors
• Ownership of Whitefish Mountain Resort social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, YouTube
• Responsible for creating written and visual media content for web, social and printed collateral
• Video editing: responsible for cutting together BRoll for PR use and edits for social
• Works as a liaison between the marketing and events departments
• Assists Public Relations department with media visits as necessary
• Ensures all promotional materials are up to date, on-brand, and consistent across all departments (marketing, sales, food and beverage, retail and ski/bike rental operations, and lodging)
• Works with Marketing Director to create a semiannual marketing budget for all media buys
• Places media buys and reports on effectiveness of all campaigns

Marketing Content Specialist

• The voice, eyes, and "storyteller" of Whitefish Mountain Resort
• Record snow phone report daily
• Write daily snow report, publish on website, and send email newsletter
• Gather photo and video content to be used for marketing Whitefish Mountain Resort online, in advertisements, magazine/newspaper/TV coverage, brochures, promotional materials, displays, etc. 
• Catalogue photos and video footage for the Marketing Department's stock library
• Assist Marketing Content Specialist with editing videos for WMR YouTube, website, social, etc.
• Work with Public Relations Manager to obtain and distribute B-Roll footage during newsworthy storms and events

Snow Reporter

Casey's is a three-story restaurant, bar, and nightclub in Whitefish, MT

- Develop and implement all marketing and advertising campaigns
- Created marketing and entertainment plan
- Work closely with designers and provide creative direction for marketing assets, event posters, and promotional collateral
- Created and implemented CRM collection and email marketing strategy. Responsible for bi-weekly newsletter
- Review Google Analytics to track success of email newsletters, website links, social links, and ad campaigns. Adjust content and strategy as needed
- Manage ad buys across radio, print, and digital, and maintain media relationships
- Daily management of website and social media
- Coordinate social sweepstakes and interact with online community
- Implemented WiFi marketing

Marketing Manager

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and nightly promotions
- Book talent- bands, dj's, hip-hop artists, comedians, and theater
- Negotiate contracts with booking agents, promoters, and artists
- Coordinate production of shows and artist relations
- Respond to private event inquiries for wedding rehearsals, corporate dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.
- Coordinate food and bar for private events and provide oversight from start to finish

SBE is a hospitality brand based in Los Angeles. Their properties include nightclubs, restaurants, and hotels. 

- Marketing supervisor for The Sayers Club, Greystone Manor, Hyde Sunset, and Create Nightclub
- Developed and coordinated creative assets for nightly promotions and larger marketing campaigns
- Email marketing (weekly in sbe Nightlife blast as well as a dedicated newsletter per venue)

- Published and maintained online content through the website blog, Facebook, and Twitter
- Created email marketing strategy and process for customer data collection. Wrote copy and coordinated creative assets for distribution
- Attended trade shows, wrote pre-book orders and weekly reorders
