I am a creative leader with a passion for visual merchandising and the overall customer experience. I enjoy developing an idea or strategy and making it into a reality to support a company vision. I love a challenge. Overcoming obstacles and figuring out solutions to accomplish my goals is very rewarding. I am dedicated to the team that I work with, and loyal to the company that I work for!

My experience is with multi-level visual management, creating visual floor plans/presentations, and training & developing others.  I have been responsible for regional and national territories with visual execution and communication in both Core and Outlet channels. I have a well versed retail background and experienced multiple leadership roles within the field throughout my career.

•  Developed a new merchandising strategy for the Outlet channel to streamline the execution process and enhance customer experience.
•  Oversaw visual merchandising execution and development within a regional and national territory.
• Created  matrix grid and process for stores to use in mapping shops  for individual store locations. 
• Collaborated with store design and visual to create a fixture database for all stores.
• Opened or relocated seven stores in five U.S. states within 12 months.
• Supported the Southwest region to achieve a 6% comp YTD. 
• Successfully opened and oversaw pop-up store in Soho area of New York City.

•  Successfully drove a 35% comp in 2012, the highest sales increase in the company.
