Assisted in constructing garments for retail sale. Altered existing pattern to create a new garment for company’s Fall line. Graded patterns to fit sizes XS-XL.

Collaborated with industry professionals to produce a fashion show with theatrical qualities for Goodwill’s largest fundraising event of the year. Took ownership of two fashion show segments, made styling choices, took detailed measurements of models and fit looks to each model. Produced model sheets for each model to assist dressers on day of fashion show.

Brainstormed with head costume designer to create costumes for youth theater production of The Lion King. Fit existing costumes from other plays to youth actors for current production. Altered costumes as needed. Patterned and constructed multiple costumes for use in the play.

Developed and cultivated partnerships with local publications, businesses, other non-profits, and citizens for program needs, such as snacks for afterschool program. Oversaw all donor communications, including initial contact, scheduling, email reminders, and thank you correspondence. Designed, wrote, printed, and distributed the monthly Family Village newsletter, as well as created fliers, notices, announcements and other materials for residents.
